Rules for creating videos for Hell’s Poker social Media Videos. What you can and cannot make a video of.
1. Videos must be safe and not dangerous.
2. Videos must be original.
3. Videos must be able to be done by an individual.
4. Videos should be fun.
5. Videos can be any quality.
6. Videos cannot be promoting, showing, using, advertising, marketing a business, group, brand, product, service, website, individual, social media account or individual, political group, political party, politician, news or media group, logos, copywritten images of any type.
7. Videos cannot be promoting, displaying, containing or depicting, hate, prejudice, agendas, prejudice, racism of any type.
8. All challenges must be approved and registered before they are eligible to be considered for cast member selection or to win cash and prizes. **
9. All videos must contain the hashtag #hellspokertv
10. No video may contain any person under the age of 16.
11. Individuals who make videos must register their videos with Hell's Poker.
12. Videos may be of 1 person only, no other persons may appear in the videos, animals may be in videos but not the main subject of the video.
13. Videos may not depict any violence, contain any guns, drugs, sexual acts, gang signs, smoking or vaping.
14. Videos may not contain any explicit lyrics or language.
15. Videos must contain the individual speaking without out digital assistance or auto tune.
16. Videos may contain music pursuant to copyright and usage laws.
17. Videos may be audition videos for the TV series.
18. Semi-nudity is allowed based upon terms of use of the social media platform.
19. All individuals will be considered for other on TV, advertising and online media positions.
20. Applicant grants exclusive rights and to videos presented for unlimited use in marketing, advertising and other promotion of the TV series in any form, without compensation to the applicant.

Business accounts are fee-based advertising plans with Hell’s Poker Promotions. Each part is charged a separate fee or included in advertising packages. Business videos will be eligible to win advertising and product placements in the series.
